Volunteering

Volunteers are often called “the lifeblood” of an organization. It is through volunteer support that a nonprofit organization is able to succeed. In fact, Pathways to Wellness was founded by group of concerned volunteer acupuncturists wanting to make a difference and volunteers continue to create change and breathe life and love into our organization to this day.

Volunteer opportunities at Pathways/ACP are divided into three different areas:

Clinical Volunteers — Responsibilities include assisting acupuncturists during the clinic shifts. Knowledge of Chinese medical theory is not necessary but helpful. For more information, contact Angela Caggianelli, Director of Programs, 617-859-3036, ext. 32 or
acaggianelli@pathwaysboston.org

Administrative VolunteersResponsibilities include coordinating the front desk of the clinic. For more information, contact Leo Cuello at 617-859-3036 ext. 0 or email at lcuello@pathwaysboston.org

Support Volunteers — Responsibilities vary according to event and special projects scheduled throughout the year. Opportunities may include:

    • IT Support

    • Data Entry

    • Sponsor a “Party With a Purpose”*

    • Setup/break down of special events*
