Mary graduated from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in 1987, and received her Master's Degree from NESA in 1997. 

Mary has been practicing acupuncture in Massachusetts since 1987. In 1988 she was among the first group of recipients to obtain a Massachusetts acupuncture license in the first year they were granted. 
Mary is a faculty member at the New England School of Acupuncture. She has pursued continuing education with visiting Japanese acupuncture masters as well as local scholars. She has worked with Pathways since 1992, and became a staff acupuncturist here in 1995.

Mary specializes in gentle Japanese techniques, working primarily with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illness.
