Hernan graduated from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in 2004. He has a BA in Sociology from the University of Latin American Studies in Colombia.

Hernan has worked as a Health Educator for more than12 years.

He practices both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture techniques as well as Tui Na, a form of Chinese bodywork.
