Christina received a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in 2006 and a BA in Biology from Boston University in 1998. Christina specializes in gentle Japanese techniques having studied with one of its premier specialists.
Since 1999 she has trained in Wu style Tai Chi Chuan under the instruction of Sifu Calvin Chin. Christina appreciates how the principles of martial arts are reflected in traditional medicine, as both emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection. As an acupuncturist and Tai Chi practitioner she supports patients and students in cultivating this mind-body awareness.
