What to expect on Sunday, May 16th:
11:45am–12:15pm Saluting the Spirit Sign In
(Even though you have already registered you will still need to sign in when you arrive at the event.)
12:15–12:25 Opening Ceremony
12:25–12:30 Opening Chant
12:30–3:30 Yoga (each yoga instructor will teach a 20-minute set)
3:30–4:00 Complimentary refreshments
• Exhale will provide free locker use to all participants
• Free bottled water will be available
• After the event light refreshments will be provided
Suggestions for the day of the event
- Bring a towel as they will not be provided. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
- Bring a sweatshirt or something to cover up with if/when you take a break
- Get a good night's sleep the night before
- Get up early and eat a light breakfast
- Arrive at Exhale by 11:45am to give us time to sign in all participants before the event begins
