Do I have to bring my own yoga mat to the event?
Exhale Spa will provide yoga mats for all participants. However, if you’d like to bring your own mat, feel free to do so.
Will food and water be provided at the event?
Yes, complimentary water will be provided during and after the event. Complimentary light food will be provided after the event.
Where can I park?
Participants are encouraged to take public transportation to the event. However, if you drive, there is a parking garage on Stuart Street next to Maggiano’s and one in the Transportation Building on South Charles Street. Street parking is available on Boylston, Charles, and Stuart Streets.
Will firstgiving.com charge me a fee to set up my fundraising page?
No, setting up your fundraising page at firstgiving.com is free. And, once it’s set up, you can change it whenever you want.
If I create a fundraising page at firstgiving.com, can I also accept off-line donations?
Yes! You can still solicit donations via mail, phone or in person. Firstgiving.com provides an area on your fundraising page for you to record your offline donations and add them to your total. On the day of the event, you can turn in your offline donations when you sign in.
How will the money raised at Saluting the Spirit be divided between Pathways to Wellness and yogaHOPE?
All funds raised at Saluting the Spirit will be equally divided between the two organizations.

What is Pathways to Wellness’ AIDS Care Project?
Pathways’ AIDS Care Project (ACP) provides free acupuncture treatments to people living with HIV/AIDS. Since 1990 Pathways/ACP has provided over 80,000 acupuncture and herbal treatments to people living with HIV/AIDS in Massachusetts, and now provides over 10,000 treatments each year.
