Saluting the Spirit -
Now in its sixth year, Saluting the Spirit brings together Boston’s best yoga instructors to lead participants as they challenge themselves to complete 108 Sun Salutations. It’s a powerful day of inspiration, caring, fundraising, and fun!

How to Register -
Space is limited
so all participants must register to reserve a spot in the event.
Saluting the Spirit is a fundraising event and so all participants are asked to raise a minimum of $500 prior to the event. Your pledges directly support Pathways to Wellness’ AIDS Care Project and yogaHOPE’s programs for underserved women.
