Pathways
to Wellness offers worldwide educational presentations for agencies,
consumers and conferences. Training and education topics include holistic
therapies, public health, care for caregivers, HIV/AIDS and other chronic
conditions and side effect management for chemotherapy and other treatments.
Our outreach and education department can create a unique workshop or
presentation targeted to your needs. Presentations are offered as 1
hour informational, 1.5 hour with demonstrations or half day with panel
presentation and mini-treatments for participants. They can be offered
on site at our main clinic or at your business or conference location
throughout the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of 10 participants
is required.

PATHWAYS
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Herbal
Internship: Pathways to Wellness offers a 16 week herbal
internship with Ruth Knill, PhD. MAOM. The internship is
four hours weekly either on Mondays or Fridays. The internship is designed
for licensed herbalists and advanced students (third year) who desire
to advance their knowledge in prescriptions of Chinese herbs with a
master herbalist. The 60 hour course is certified by the Committee on
Acupuncture of the Registration in Medicine of Massachusetts for continuing
educational credits for reissuing of licenses.

Acupuncture
Assistant: We offer weekly observation and assistant opportunities
for acupuncture students, licensed acupuncturists and the lay person.
One on one training by senior practitioner. Requires a 2-hour safety
and procedural training. Assistantships are for 3 month minimum.
