Cancellations/No Show Policy:
Your missed appointment is a missed opportunity to extend a visit to someone in need.  Kindly provide 24-hour notice of cancellations.  Cancellations made within 24 hours and missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of customary rates or $10, whichever is greater.

Payment Options:
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Master Card Visa or Discover. Checks issued with insufficient funds will incur an additional $15 fee.

Sliding Scale for Income Eligible:
A sliding scale is available if you meet financial eligibility and provide documentation of family income via a copy of your tax return. Please inquire at the front desk for details.

Community-style Acupuncture and Intern Clinic:
No income verification is needed to receive the discounted rate for both Community-style and Intern Clinic treatments.

**Community-style acupuncture rates are sliding scale. You determine what you wish to pay between $25 - $45.
Please note: Initial visits for Community-style treatments are $40 - $60.

***Student Intern Clinic rates are sliding scale.  You determine what you wish to pay between $15 - $25.

Participation in a discount program at Pathways to Wellness begins at the time qualifying materials (insurance card, income verification, or valid discount coupons) are presented to the front desk.
