Pathways
to Wellness is a nonprofit organization with a unique “Share the
Care” Program. In choosing Pathways for your holistic care, your full
pay treatment allows us to provide a free or low cost treatment to
someone else in need.

Cancellations/No Show Policy:
Your missed appointment is a missed opportunity to extend a visit to someone in need. Kindly provide 24-hour notice of cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours and missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of customary rates or $10, whichever is greater.
Payment Options:
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Master Card Visa or Discover. Checks issued with insufficient funds will incur an additional $15 fee.
Sliding Scale for Income Eligible:
A sliding scale is available if you meet financial eligibility and provide documentation of family income via a copy of your tax return. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
Group Room and Intern Clinic:
No income verification is needed to receive the discounted rate for both Group Room and Intern Clinic treamtents.
*Group Room rates are sliding scale. You determine what you wish to pay between $20 - $35.
Please note that initial visits for Group Room treatments are $35 -$50.

Participation in a discount program at Pathways to Wellness begins at the time qualifying materials (insurance card, income verification, or valid discount coupons) are presented to the front desk.

Pathways. This voucher is valid with all other discounts.
